Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method: Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days, with a maximum timeframe of 2-3 weeks for remote areas. Note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions,  or logistical disruptions.

However, in case of significant delays, we will actively coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.. Magnus Opto Systems is not liable for shipments marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier service. However, we will assist in raising claims with the logistics provider.

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order is dispatched, no changes can be made.
  • If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
