Position Title: Sr. Executive

Base Location: New Delhi

Division: Sales

Primary Role: Responsible for managing the sales of Microscopes and Accessories

Job Description:

  • Generating a prospective customer pipeline/ sales lead and convert into sales.
  • Achieving territory sales targets.
  • Visiting and following up with direct customers and distributors/dealers regularly and supporting them with technical expertise.
  • Providing on-site Product discussion and explanation to the customer.
  • Assisting at Product marketing team in seminars, training courses, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Travelling Extensively to meet customer/business needs.
  • Handling full product sales cycle including payment collection.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in selling Microscopes or similar products.
  • Strong product knowledge in Microscopes or related medical equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Qualification:

  • B. Tech / M. Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology/Lifesciences) similar domain MBA (will be an add-on)
  • * Preference will be given to person with prior experience in Microscopy product sales.

Experience:

2-5 Years Sales of Laboratory equipment, microscopes

Territory:

  • North India
